As for your question, do you mean Model Kits? Because for Omnimon, there have been two. Although both are the same.
The original Digimon Model Kit Line was called Reboot. But we only got a release of Omnimon, and another release of Omnimon (clear plastic version). There may be more variants, but I'm not aware of them.
Pic related is what else was supposed to come in the line before it was cancelled.
The new Amplified Model Kit line so far only has two new kits. Wargreymon and Metalgarurumon. The Omnimon is a retooling of the Reboot one.
