He explicitly stated about two years ago that hiccups in production, and cost caused the indefinite hiatus of the Chapel, and various other releases. The line had been having trouble post 1/18th Laurel release (~June 2015) because of maunfacturing constraints at OriToy, but the boat seems to have righted it's course after the B2.Five and ToysAlliance partnership. The 1/18th line isn't going anywhere anytime soon (Kit has said as much), but releases, including currently teased ones, will most likely be interspersed with B2.Five stuff.
