"Order Stop" is the stock status of the item itself, and that simply means HLJ is not taking any further orders. If the item shows up in your open order history, then you're A-OK. There's nothing wrong with your order. The order stop just prevents people from placing more orders.
I'm not aware of any open Laevatein preorders, unfortunately (aside from marked up proxy preorders, heh).
