Probably a tie between these two. Diana is just so primitive, with pathetic elbow range and no thigh swivels. Meanwhile Vlattia has some interesting design features but again crap elbows and horrendous QC. The paint fucking sucks and the castoff feature basically doesn't work. The loser is probably Vlattia because Diana at least works properly, but still.
