>>7045184That was absolutely the plan before they ran into budget issues. Just by looking at the old preproduction booklet and the plot points that did make it to air, you can see that the UAE and Phantom Ranger were supposed to have bigger roles to begin with.
If there's any hope for more Phantom, it would have to be through the Boom comics now. Jason at Hasbro is a big Phantom Ranger mark and pushed for him in the mobile game so I hope he can convince someone from the comics to give that guy some more backstory.
