He's got fine articulation and a pretty basic design, his hidden missile launchers are neat too. Like I said above I think he fits into the CHUG Decepticons easily as a background nobody, one of the many average bots swept up in Megatron's army as cannon fodder.
I'm not sure where he's gone atm though, or I'd get him out for a proper photo.
