I’ve only been collecting toys for 2 years, but I fell into the hobby after listening to a friend’s podcast about toy collecting in which they mentioned BBTS quite a bit, and so BBTS kind of became my default source for toys when Amazon or local shops didn’t cut it.
That said, aside from the slow-as-molasses-in-December shipping, I;be never had a problem with BBTS, and if anything, they’ve been super cool in regards to the only 2 times I’ve had problems with merchandise, so they’ve earned a pretty loyal customer with me.
