Upgraded versions are common in this hobby (and others like vidya, tech shit, etc) and it's something you should already know.
If you feel annoyed because of these stuff, take into account there will be more upgraded versions of popular characters in the future so just buy the one you like the most or wait for a possible (or not) definitive version, just don't kid yourself pretending every single character will get a 2.0 or so. For exclusive bonus, like I said, Kaiyodo isn't a big company such as Bandai or GSC so they can't sell to the whole world on their own. if you don't live in Japan there are a few stores that have the figures with the bonus, of course you will pay more but that's something you should deal with if you really want that bonus stuff.
It sucks? yeah, but complain about things here will not change anything. Just accept that there are things out of your control, out of your hands.
