I got a second dirt cheap incomplete Elita-1 in today too. I have a plan to make her a new vehicle shell based on the Alfa Romeo Brera (will likely grab a pre-existing .stl, cut it up in Blender, add connector ports and print it in resin) and give her to my mother as a gift- she likes Transformers too, and she had a Brera at one point which she called Elita-1.
In the meantime, having her with her vehicle kibble totally removed, I gotta say she's actually a not terrible action figure. Decent sculpt and nice poseability. Shame the transformation is a complete joke, though with the removal of a pin it does let her get totally tubular.
