>>11329165My guess is that it's probably because the NG1 and NG2 outfits are relatively similar besides the headbands and some mesh texturing. NG3 has a more unique outfit even without the gross meat arm, so it's more immediately apparent it's a different version of the character to someone unfamiliar with the series.
That said, I feel like these figures are popular, so they're liable to loop back around and do NG1 Ryu at some point. As for exclusives, it'll probably be like Unlabored Flawlessness or the Plasma Sword.
