The torso armor doesn't fit right and fixing it would require cutting the threads that keep it closed, and still no guarantee you'd get it to sit further down. The neck may as well not be there. The right wrist is tilted back at an angle so it can't even hold the rifle properly. That damn range finder is on soft safety plastic that warps under its own weight, and is worse in the package because the rubber band holding it up pulls on it bad.
Really, save up and get the Hot Toys version. Hasbro 12" is terrible, it always has been, at best it might look good just on a shelf but these figures have issues that are hard to fix. You can't even body swap as none of the 1:6 brands are compatible with Hasbro heads.
