Mind if I ask if the LED gimmicks flicker a bit, or is it a steady light effect? Last modern PG for me was the Unicorn/Banshee, and might've been a faulty LED set; but was disappointing that it happened on Bandai LED product.

If it helps, just a gentle reminder it's a hobby; no problem to step back and forget about kits for a few or more months. Just so you don't get overwhelmed and burn-out on the hobby. One of pic-related I got by surprise because a friend, is dealing with real bad burn-out from a good part of his non-static(and some static) kit backlog; as well as the hobby room getting trashed during a storm when they were away. Even then, there could easily be other things I don't know that added to it.
Just recall they were getting worried about similar things as you guys, BEFORE the storm did its damage.
