>>10726939I'd avoid homemade baked goods myself, unless your anon stated they are ok with it. This is 4chan after all, and many of us still remember the /k/ meet-up brownie incident.
Not to sound ungreatful but If I got some homemade cookies/cakes/brownies/etc in my secret santa gift, I'll take a picture for the board then they go right into the trash.
I'm a bit paranoid about food items that are prepared by people I don't know, I don't even eat homemade items people bring for work to share. I've seen first hand that they wya people present themselves at school or work is completely different then how they live at home. Unclean kitchens, some allowing animals on their countertop when preparing food and to get into the food while cooking, or worse yet the place is infested by roach's or other pests. Unless I really know and trust you and seen the way you make or prepare food, not to be offensive but I'm not eating it, very paranoid about it.
Restaurants and Prepackaged foods are different since many of they have to pass strict food safety and health inspector regulations, and I typically avoid sketchy places when eating out. Had food poisoning once where I was sick in bed for days, not fun, and never again!
