Most of these are cheap acrylic cases imported from Aliexpress with printre backdrops. For the ones with TTRPG miniatures, I usually glue a metal plate to the base before laying over some soft paper clay and making impressions with the miniatures' bases which are already magnetised.
I then layer on some texture paint and insert some ruin pieces I recast from either resin or epoxy putty.
The arches you are referring to are plastic kits from GW.
