You just missed the preorder for him by a couple weeks. He was in a $100 bundle that had some pins and shirts tossed in.
They mentioned that this was the only way to get the figure in those colors, so I'd venture a guess that he'll be released in a different color pallet.
There's a character called Arethyr and a horse named Aetheon that is this line's actual Horsemen.

Be warned, that these are small production runs, and the best way to get stuff is during preorders where you know you're going to get what you want. The stock sales are fun but super stressful. If you miss both of those, then BBTS is the final place to do before betting into super high mark up after market territory.
