>>9989461>And now you guys admit how bad stuff like this and the first Iron MAn are, because there's no need to shill something that is no longer being sold.Hey, I never said it was bad. It was the best available at the time. It's been superceded by better toys.
>Instead you shill the new shit, with the ugly articulation,Again, to some degree articulation will always be ugly. There is a compromise to be struck between range of motion and fluidity of sculpt. For some characters you go with the latter; the canned Jabba prototype was an interesting concept but would be a little pointless. But fucking Spiderman? The guy known for acrobatics? And a depiction in a genre known for super-dynamic action?
>that isn't even betterHow so? The movement is better and more natural, and the sculpt overall is more fluid. Not perfect, but if we scrap a massive leap forwards as worthless because it's not perfect we never improve.
>(and people have even said it's worse).Holy weasel words, Batman!
>This shit is the definitino of overrated.Nah. You wanna know what is? A figure that costs twice the price of a modern Figuarts at least despite looking worse, being built worse and being less poseable, with the price being "justified" by pointless nonbeneficial gimmicks which add nothing to the actual figure. What line am I talking about here? I'll give you three guesses.
>Also, are you the crazy guy from the gun thread, where the infection rotten teeth reached your brain? Because you're making up a lot of bullshit just like him.Ah yes, I forget, you don't understand how manufacture works nor do you comprehend the idea of stylistic intent. Remind me how this homonculus is acceptable but Yamaguchi's figures aren't?
