Disney Princesses is far and away the most popular licensed IP brand for toys and such. It beats out just about every toy IP except for mainstays Babs & Hot Wheels. It was Mattel's third biggest money maker. And now with MH cooling and EAH pretty much on life support, there's a BIG hole in Matty's profits.
As for Hasbro, it's pretty much a major win. DP will make nearly twice as much as most of their other brands and also be the number one seller of ALL their brands. They're gonna treat the DP line real good. And as

>>5714541Yes, Joe is pretty much dead, except for fan/con stuff and some TRU exclusives. It's mostly due to society's current disdain for violent war toys. That, and the second movie debacle.
Still, the last time Joe was on major retailer's shelves, it was great with lots of accessories and competitive price point.
