Most retailers don't want products that take too much shelf space, and are at too high of a price point.
They've teased and talked about a Jaws figure scaled to their 8" line but are having difficulty getting it made and carried at retail because of how big and expensive it is. Randy has said that much in interviews.
If they're having trouble with Jaws, then they're not going to touch a graboid.
