Also if they were gonna label this an In Space Phantom Ranger it would have been nice if he had come with the actual device he used In Space instead of an incorrected sculpted Turbo Navigator. Hell he could have had both, but they just lazily threw in a second effect part that most people already have a hundred of from army building.
