No worries about choking hazards since it's marketed towards grownups, and cost isn't really a concern since it's already meant to be a more "premium" product as opposed to the usual toys. Not sure how much of a market there would be though, since the Nugget Buddies are more of a 90s nostalgia thing and Bionicle is 2000s.
