PPBG bros I need your help. Im about ready to hop off the TLG train with their rising cost, lowering quality, and deviation from the classic lego aesthetic. Is there any brand out there that matches the classic simple look of pic related? It doesnt have to be castle specifically, but smiley heads, simple torso prints, less detailed builds, etc? If not I feel like they are missing a huge market of nostaligiafags who dont want to pay assrape aftermarket prices for vintage lego. We all know TLG will never go back to this aesthetic, but imagine a 3rd party making nostalgia sets for new themes like Historical Rome or Vikings, or revisiting themes that TLG abandoned like Wild West. We could get new castle factions to face off against our lion knights new Pirate ships to join the Baracuda on the open seas.
