This joint can't be cut so you can't click it in after painting. If you do, the cut part tends to show up.
People have divided opinions on how to deal with FAG joints.
One side says "Paint the upper arm, mask it, then weld the lower arm and paint it.
Another side says, " Don't seam weld it, and just paint."
A third side says, " Weld the assembly and paint it as one piece".
Which is the most sensible option?
