I was able to get most of these detolfs 2nd hand locally ranging from $10-$30 CAD. The guy's right though, buying the actual glass panes from a glasscutter in my city was $280 for 24 panes iirc so the price of the display cases pretty much doubled. Even still, there isn't much else that hit all my boxes outside of custom shelving which is like $2k just for 1 really nice shelf.
The empty space at the top of detolf shelves (when you display 1/12 and smaller figures) was the only thing that bothered me about them. This fixes that for me and at ~$50 - $70 CAD a case, there aren't many better options for me
