The base formula is ork boy + extra unarmoured head + helmet head + a few shoulder pads + shoota + slugga + axe.
Look at pic related. Look how different these three almost identical figures look like with different heads and shoulder pads, plus minimal klan specific colours.
These are a Goff, a Deathskull, and an Evil Sunz boy, three wildly different klanz. Except for the head and shoulderpads (and backpack), they are identical bodies. Same boots, same pants, same armour plate suspenders under a chest strap. All you'd have to do besides the shoota and slugga/axe weapons is include a couple generic ork head variants, a helmet variant, and three shoulder pads (1 with spikes, 1 with no spikes, 1 space marine pad or big skull or tank treads or alien race pad of you choice) and you have all six clans covered as long as the customer buys more than one (to double up shoulder pads on the goff or for double axes on a blood axe boy, etc). As the primaris customs on this very site have shown, banners, extra cloth tabards (like on the goff's belt) and horns/hair variants on the helmet are things anon can make at home while painting and converting their toy.
