>>7692350As jank as their technic function is I'm still having fun with it. It's pretty interesting how it works and because of the way the head gears are designed to skip it lets you pose them with their mouths open, which I like.
Also speaking of penny pinching from earlier, I find it really funny how frivolous they were with the 2001 and 2002 titan set manuals. All the Rahi and the Bahrags come with two mongo-sized instruction booklets for each figure when they're nearly identical aside from colour and one or two alt parts, or maybe a page or two of slightly alternate constructions depending on the set. Even as a kid I thought it was silly, like just have one manual for both, do all the instructions for one figure but have special pages for when the other figure has different steps. Maybe kids would have found that confusing I guess.
