I grabbed a Nezuko, thought the aesthetics and functionality of the cloth kimono section would be better. She balances well, and if you pull the crotch piece you can increase the range of motion in the hips. The double shoulders take some getting used to, but they're not too bad.
Cons include no elbows in the kimono arms, an the brick that is her hair hinders arm (no getting her arms back for recreating her punting demon heads) range of motion, and obviously she won't be up. She feels kind of light on accessories when compared to Tanjiro. Aesthetic quibbles include the articulated arms lacking the grey pattern and the brown spats. I suspect the figma version will move better in certain situations, and certainly be cheaper. The Buzzmod. with a replacement set of bangs, the alternate arms, and comes with more faces, the figma with more hands and the casket, plus I believe the muzzles are removable? I guess accessories are a wash.
If there's anything else you want to know about the Buzzmod., feel free to ask.
