The figure would need to be larger, for starters--I think one of the biggest problems most Sonic toys face is that they inexplicably choose such small scales. There is only so small you can go while preserving joint durability in a children's toy, so this leads to things like weird bulbous limbs and joints that are crowding each other for space. Make the toy larger and you'll have far more leeway with this shit, and a decent chance at actually keeping the limbs nice and slim.
