>>9385944Don't know about Figma, but Mafex and Figuarts are pretty close in scale, with Mafex usually being slightly taller.
If you're used to Figuarts then comparing the two I'd say Figuarts is definitely better then Mafex QC wise, even though Mafex is more expensive. I've got about 60-ish Figuarts and about a dozen Mafex, yet have probably had the same amount or more issues with my Mafex figures.
Figuarts also has better feeling plastics and joints (it's hard to explain unless you're holding them in hand - I think it's because Mafex uses softer plastics).
Mafex has been getting better - but there are still occasionally some pretty big oversights - like having to use a Stanley knife to shave off the plastic on Wolverines arms so it can connect to the shoulder properly. I don't know about anyone else but I also seem to have a lot of issues with limbs falling off?
But providing you don't loose the QC draw they are really good - and some really good sculpts - and they're one of the only 'import' companies making comic accurate dc/marvel figures. I've really like they're DC comic stuff lately.
