Mig sells a washable white camouflage but it can be a pain to work with or you could do the hair spray method/buy a chipping solution. Basically all you do is apply you paint as usual expect right before you put on the coat of paint you want to chip you apply what chipping solution your using let dry then apply the layer you want to chip. Let that layer dry but don't give it a terriblely long time to dry then use what ever activates your chipping solution (water for the hair spray) then go over at what ever speed and pressure on the brush gives the effect you want with a soft brush or a toothpick to add large holes in the paint or small chips
