The legs can go up and down but you can't speed them. They are hard plastic, so no clickable knees .
>do they have smaller heads than the standard Hasbro water-head dollsI won the first wave of Hasbro Anna, and Elsa dolls, and the heads of the new dolls are smaller now. They are more in proportion to the old Disney Mattel dolls.
That said the dolls feel well made, and don't feel cheap to the touch. The fabric they used is also nice and soft unlike the Mattel skirts which felt like a combination of paper mixed with a plastic tarp.
