A friend of mine used 3d printers and had some American Tomy gacha machines he got from a comic shop getting rid of them. He made a bunch of little darumas that a friend of his designed. He sold them at his booth along with his cosplay prop stuff.
There was also an art museum near me that had an old cigarette machine that they refurbished to distribute little containers of artwork from small artists. I got a custom guitar pick from one of them.
