Really hurt when I ordered the old Disney LE 17" Rapunzel doll. Sent pictures to the seller and what he offered to refund me wasn't even what I paid for the shipping. He actually said that he had a friend who lived in my state and that if I wasn't happy with the doll he could just have his "friend" meet me somewhere so I could hand over the doll to his friend so he could re-sell it. He said he would make more money off of the doll with a busted box then giving me a decent partial refund.
