Speaking of ThreeZero, they also made 1/12 scale Votom Scopedog Toys but at least from reviews it seems to suffer severe design flaws and QC that ends up breaking apart. I don't know if its hamhands or its actually QC but I ain't taking the gamble to see for myself.
However, there is one other option, Kotobukiya Gigantic Arms Order Cradle. It may be a mech that isn't really to scale per se, but it fits FAGs and Frame Arms and Gunpla HG kits, all of which stand roughly the same as a 1/12 scale figure or under. It is considerably less costly than ThreeZero's offerings but by no means cheap. It's also a model kit and you need to collect each of the parts Exodia style. You're going to need the following:
