>>6177506I pined after the Egyptian sets, but I wasn't allowed to get Lego anymore beyond the bi-plane set as my last send off. After some low quality themes, it was a fresh new setting. I especially wanted a mummy with one of the rubies. Everything after that was my dark age until /toy/ was created and I saw the cool stuff Lego was putting out with Fantasy era castle. I didn't actually buy a set until Atlantis though.
