The pants are quite shiny but the rest of the figure is fine, of course it's going to light up when you shine several spotlights on it. His complaints about the faces and the torso anatomy is silly as well considering Dragon Ball's artstyle shifted quite a bit over time, 23rd budokai Piccolo looks quite different from Cell saga Piccolo. This figure seems to aim for a bit of an amalgam of his various looks. Anthony doesn't seem to understand stylised sculpts, hence why he'd sperg out over Amazing Yamaguchi figures.
