Maybe better relations with Hasbro wouldn't have changed anything regarding his mental health, but the 30th anniversary could have been something special if he was a part of it, and was able to convince Amy to get on board. She clearly had an affinity for him, and I think she would have seriously considered doing it if he had been a part of it.
