The characters in this tournament who we don't have any confirmation that Storm's working on are Nakoruru, Yoshimitsu, Felicia, Nightmare and Liu Kang (if you don't count his old prototype). Since its only 5 or 4 characters out of 32, I'd say its pretty likely these are soft confirmations they're being worked on.
Another thing is that Balrog, Zangief, Juri and SF4 Evil Ryu aren't on the list even though we know they're getting figures, cant imagine it means theyre cancelled but something to note I guess.

BBTS got them so I went with them. Dunno if thats what Bluefin meant by that, just having them available through BBTS as the only international option.
