I only had one Technic set as a kid, it had a large and small pneumatic piston, a pump and a couple of switches and holy shit did I get some mileage out of those.

It wasn't a pretty set but by god did it and all the alt builds have a lot of functionality.

I must have built virtually everything imaginable with that stuff and I incorporated pretty much all of the pieces into my building my first Mad Cat mech.

Apparently I got a bunch of Duplo from my relatives a few years later for Christmas and gave them the dirtiest fucking look ever.
