i think thok or vezok could have been. thok because he's probably second in intelligence to zaktan and he has probably the most ridiculous power (canonically he can use it to make your own armor come to life and kill you) and vezok because his power is insane too but mainly because as we saw in legacy of evil he was probably best suited for a role in leading the others
