For the ones that dont buy it all why would you want to buy 50 kids quality $10 MMPR figures when you could buy a $35-40 collector figure. Assuming the quality was there with multiple weapons, all paint apps, 1-2 unhelmeted heads, actual likeness to the actors. Parents will always go for the cheapest toy regardless because its Power Rangers, its all the same.
