Stronger's one of the more popular ones so he's likely to get a shot. The Glorious Seven have stronger shots than the Showa Phase 2 trio.
Skyrider and Super-1 got figures with new heads after SHFSS became a thing, so its quite possible that they're low on the totem pole. Super-1 is more popular than the other 2 based on the NHK poll but that's still not great.
Spirits tends to draw its characters pretty lean, so there's a good argument to stick to the older figures, since they don't half the bulk and match the art style somewhat. You're definitely gonna run into durability problems with a good few members of the set being about a decade old, and finding the updated versions of Riderman, X, Skyrider, and Super-1 could cost a pretty penny, but it might all be worth it. YMMV.
