Even if you are trying to exchange a defective dvd they make you read out the numbers around the inner ring of the dvd on the phone, and will not send you a replacement until you send them the defective blu ray back in the mail.
Second nobody wants that shitty price doll. My local store had over 15 people in line waiting to buy Snow White, and the Evil Queen. The store got about 20 Snow White dolls, 8 Queen dolls, and 4 Price dolls.
I went to the Disney Store yesterday, and they are still trying to sell two of the four prince dolls they got.
The prince doll is cheaply made, and whats worse is that they tried saving money by not including his iconic hat with the white feather in it. The same hat he takes off his head when he first meets Snow White in the film. The same hat he removes out of respect before he kisses what he thought was Snow Whites cold dead body at the end of the film.
They included the feather as part of the artwork around the borders of his LE box so it's not that they forgot about it. They just thought fans wouldn't notice or care if it wasn't included. We noticed, we cared, and he is shelf warming.
