>>6129589Your best bet is to keep an eye on Mandarake. While they usually list them at the inflated market rate (Heavyarms is the one that seems to have jumped the most in price), every now and then they will put up more reasonably priced ones (~5000JPY range).
There's actually a few 7000JPY Heavyarms available right now, if you can't wait. Not too bad a price.
