tangentially related but Im pretty fond of the old trendmasters mars attacks figures. not just the movie based ones but specifically the 1990s comic based ones. if you get lucky enough to find them in the wild they can be pretty cheap, ebay prices for them are kind of all over the place though. some people equate "old" to "expensive" with regards to these guys despite how many of them actually sold back in the day. if there were a decent kenner styled wondy at some point you could easily have one of them stand in as "inversion, the inside out man".
