If kids were concerned about all thier characters fitting into the same world, they'd just buy 6 inch.
>vehicles, playsetsStar wars doesn't make "real" playsets. Its a bunch of ships with one room. If childrens main concern was vehicles they'd be buying model kits, since they look better.
>pricePrice pretty much ruined lego for me. As i got into my teens, i realized lego was trying to swindle me, by pushing me towards 100-200$ sets that would only last me a day or two. It caused me to quit toy collecting. Especially since ninjago killed the creative themes.
Overall i don't see the appeal of modern lego beyond ninjago or monkie kid. The lego sonic sets look terrible. Star wars is just vehicles (which i would just rather buy a model kit).
I think zoomers are more interested in the internet culture and videos surrounding lego, than lego itself
