I got Samus on my first trip through my job. I had a week in town and wandered through a toy shop, saw it and grabbed it. I then googled the brand cause I found amazing how well done it was. That was right around the time Mikasa was being released, and the window-anon became a thing. Then I've learnt how POs worked, and ordered some stuff through Mandarake. After that, there was no coming back.
