None come to mind really - the one APC I've seen for army men is an M113 in roughly 1/48 scale and it doesn't open up, though I suppose you could take it apart and put a few soldiers inside. IFVs are a different story, if you have exceptionally good fortune anyway. Years ago at a long-dead mom and pop dollar store across town I found army men packs that included a cheap copy of an old Micro Machines playset (the one in this pic >>9600947). Sometime after I found an online store (also long dead now) that sold those same KOs.

Here's one of the KOs, sometime I'll have to dig one out and do a side-by-side. They did a really good job reproducing it, the only cons are that it's missing the turret on the rear hatch and the peg holding the MG on the turret snapped on a couple of them but I glued the guns in place.
