>>9040937 looks a lot different, right? From what I have seen, orange peel is called that because it looks like an orange peel, just like the red coating on your pic(and better seen on pic related). The white and orange one looks like a poorly thinned paint.
One has very smooth highs and lows, and the other has very accentuated spots, as if the paint clotted as it was sprayed or dried.
