Some people like Cybertron shit some don't, but it's two facets of the G1 lore, it's like complaining about Beast Wars characters becoming Transmetals in a way, there is room for both, you can choose to buy one or the other, but they both should exist. In fact in a perfect world, every character would have a good Cybertron toy and a good Earth mode toy.
I love Cybertonian themed shit, which is why I loved the game figures, but Siege did it better IMO so I'm still happy with it. But either way, I don't think Cybertron modes and Earth modes are meant to compete, so if you hate the idea of Cybertron modes just get the Earth one, if you like both get both, if you like Cybertron shit get that one, etc etc, variety is the spice of life.
