Got a strange question, and I expect no answer to be frank, but here goes. When it comes to Tomy figures, why are the yellow/black series figures always looked at as the more valuable even when compared to the classic series which were the same figures in the same poses? Is it because the integrity of the classic series packaging is harder to manage? I'm asking because I've noticed sellers will sell the classic series even when the packaging is decent at a much lower price compared to the yellow/black series. I'm wondering if the classic had paint issues or something I'm overlooking. Just don't understand why such a high markup over a box.
Pic related.
